Aaaawww poor little thing probably had a horrific delivery and a few unfortunate genes. He may yet amount to something!
Well, it looks like it's a boy. As to why he's naked - maybe he lives in a climate like Darwin, where being naked is a very sensible clothing option? (Not for adults, of course, except in the privacy of one's home ;-) )
